Can I drop my boat for Service work, after hours?

Yes, there are several areas around the Shop to park your boat. We also have a drop box on the front door, to put your keys or other information. Feel free to call us for more details.

Do you work on Outboard motors?

We do offer winterizing/summer services for outboards. Some outboard motors we can work on; feel free to call us to see if we can help.

I'm interested in a slip, what information do you need?

We'll need to know the basic information on the boat (Year / Make / Model / Length) as well as a couple recent pictures. The boat engines must be in working order/able to leave the slip and be properly insured.

Do you allow dogs there?

We love dogs and (don't tell your dog) but we also keep treats for them in the office. We have 2 dog bag stations for easy pickup.

Is my boat required to be insured?

Yes, Slip Holders must have a minimum of $500,000 and Land and Launch must have at least $300,000.

What important dates are there for your boaters (2026)?

Summer Season (4/1 - 9/30) Winter Season (10/1 - 3/31)
1/5: 1st Half payment due
4/1: 2nd Half payment due
April: Boat launches start
8/21: Winter Haul out forms sent
10/16: Last Haul out date
10/17: Dock Deposit forms sent
11/16: Dock Deposit due
11/20: Dock contracts sent out

What is needed to launch the boat into the slip?

We just need the following and we're able to launch:

Signed contract
Proof of Insurance
No open balance

If the weather is nice, can we launch early?

Absolutely. We usually don't launch until the overnight lows are consistently above freezing (32 degrees). Otherwise we don't have any issue with going in early.

This year (2026) we launched our first boat on 3/20.

Can I rent a slip for the day, weekend, or week?

Yes, sometimes we'll have some openings for Transient dockage. Call or email us for more information. However, we don't have dedicated slips for Transients.

Do you offer daily or weekend Ramp Passes?

No, we only offer Annual passes. This helps keep our Ramp open for our customers and helps maintain little to no wait for launching.

Do you offer discounts to Military or First Responders?

Yes, we offer some discounts on other parts/services to: Military, Police, Fire Fighters, and EMTs (Active duty or retired). Some restrictions apply.

Do you allow Winter Live-Aboards?

No, we are no longer not taking any new winter Live-Aboard boaters.

Do you offer boat rentals?

No, we don't offer any boat rentals.

Do you dredge your Marina?

Yes, we dredge it every year.

Do you do repairs/work in the Winter?

Yes, we are a Full Service Marina that is open Year-Round.

Do you allow RVs or Vehicles to be stored onsite?

Our Land and Launch customers can keep their vehicle and trailer here, while taking their boat out. Otherwise no, we usually only allow Boats and Trailers.

Do you do background checks on slip holders?

Yes, we do a 'simple' background search including meth charges, crimes against children, or violent crimes. We want to ensure all boaters feel safe and secure in our Marina.

We do not need a signature to run our background checks and there is no charge for our searches. If there are any concerning results, we will notify you.
